VIP means that we will provide you – our customers – an important promise. We will repair or replace your Vortex products for any reason you free of charge. It does not matter how it happened, whose fault it was or where the product is purchased. You can be sure that our VIP warranty applies to all optical sights, binoculars, and väliteleskoopidele monoklitele.
Warranty 10 years.
Fully transferable.
Warranty card is not required.
A check is not necessary to keep them.
We promise to take care of you if you have a problem, regardless of its cause.
